Agric reforms in Jigawa excites Buhari
President Muhammadu Buhari has expressed excitement over the agriculture transformation in Jigawa State and commended the rice famers for their immense contribution. Buhari who was on Tuesday in Dutse to inaugurate the Jigawa State Social Intervention, a pProgramme to empower communities at polling unit level, said agricultural sector had been boosted by irrigation. Buhari expressed happiness that Jigawa had formed part of the success story of his administration in rice production. “I am excited by what I have seen over the last three years, I have seen the commitment to return to the farm,” President Buhari said.
