2017 Nigeria AgroFood Expo starts July 13

The 2017 edition of the annual AgroFood Expo is billed to start on July 13. The three-day event which will end on the 15th will take place at the Landmark Centre in Lekki, Lagos.


The event will serve as an avenue for small scale and commercial farmers, research institutions, regulatory bodies and other stakeholders to network and interact with one another while experiencing first-hand latest trends and technologies in food and agriculture technologies.

Manufacturers of food and agriculture technologies from different countries are expected at the expo where they can meet interested buyers.

Exhibitors are expected to display a wide range of product for all segments such as food processing, packaging machineries and beverage technology. Visitors will also find frozen, bottled, canned, chilled, live and diet foods as well as milk and milk products; meat and meat products on display.

Other items expected to be displayed by exhibitors include machineries, equipment and accessories; seeds, chemicals, fertilizers, plant protection drugs; water treatment and water management systems; packaging systems & products.
